The San Francisco Bay Area, commonly known as the Bay Area, is a metropolitan region composed of nine counties that surround the San Francisco and San Pablo estuaries in Northern California.
The Bay Area is known for its natural beauty, liberal politics, diversity, and new age reputation.

Yes, car, boat, and RV donations made to bona fide, IRS verified charitable organizations are tax deductible to the full extent of the law. You must make sure that you donate them to verified charities that are classified as non-profit charitable organizations to the IRS.
Condition of the Vechicle
In most cases, charities will take your vehicle if it is in good condition or bad, or running or non-running. If it is non-running, make sure you call them ahead of time to schedule someone to pick up the vehicle at your location.
